HOURLY RATE:
$11.27 to $13.14 (hourly rate will depend on experience and education)
JOB OBJECTIVES:Under general supervision, is responsible for the preparation of recurring reports and records, assembling information from more than one source. Decisions are made on a routine level. Position has continuous contact with the public, frequently involving sensitive mailers demanding the utmost tact. The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
EQUIPMENT/MATERIALS:General office equipment; personal computer, calculator, fax, copier, and other office equipment.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Works normal office working hours; 5-day, 40-hour week, with little hazard to health or body, in standard conditions with adequate lighting, heating and ventilation. Little or no physical effort, requiring little movement and infrequent lifting greater than 5-15 pounds.
EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Requires a high school diploma or GED Certificate with a minimum of one (1) year related experience. Must be able to handle large sums of money. Must have highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both verbally and in writing, able to handle complaints, able to work efficiently through problems and under pressure, good communication/listening skills and possess a strong work ethic. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) and possess a valid Texas driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with Incode System.
