JOB SUMMARY  

Provide primary health care services to clients at Falls Community Health in an office-based setting, safeguarding patient and medical records confidentiality.

This position is eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $4,000.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

Graduation from a licensed practical nurse program with a current and valid licensure as an LPN in the state of South Dakota. Minimum of one (1) year’s clinical or hospital nursing care experience preferred; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Prior experience with electronic medical record systems is desirable.
