Dental Receptionist

Seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team of dental professionals! The Dental Receptionist is the first smiling face our patients see when they enter our practice and the first friendly voice they hear over the phone. The Dental Receptionists primary role is to provide outstanding customer service while efficiently running front desk procedures (scheduling, phones, and check-in/check-out). Our offices provide a fast-paced friendly environment with opportunity to gain experience and advance professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service: smile and greet patients 
  • Check-in and Check-out patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register New Patients in computer system
  • Schedule Patient Appointments
  • Confirm Patient Appointments
  • Maintain Appointment book by following up on no show or cancelled appointments
  • Answer Telephones
  • Verify patient eligibility for dental insurances
  • Assist with collecting co-payment for patient balances
  • Assist patients by providing information according to company policies
  • Maintain a clean patient waiting area and front desk
  • Assist with administrative assignments as directed by the office manager
  • Participate and support marketing initiatives for recalls and new patient growth

Qualifications:

  • Must have a passion to provide excellent customer service
  • Some experience usings computers and phones is a plus
