TA oversees job requisition management, job advertising, employment branding, screening, pre-employment assessments, as well as guiding leaders on interviewing, selection, and hiring practices.

The Office of Human Resources is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and manage a team of full-cycle recruiters building diverse, talent rich teams in the city agencies they support.

We are looking for candidates interested in managing a diverse team to reach ambitious goals to apply to this position. You’ll provide the coaching, training, development, and performance management required for our recruiting teams to deliver on strategic priorities while leading full-cycle recruitment processes for critical positions in the agencies you support.
