Job Summary

This position provides critical and continuous support to CITGO Trading operations. Responsible for review of all trades for control, the creation of transactional orders and the generation of trade confirmations related to each individual trade execution. The responsibility also includes trouble shooting and issue resolution stemming from point of trade execution to payment/creation of invoices. 

Minimum Qualifications

Degree:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred.

The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience required in lieu of degree.

  • Team player.

Job Duties

  • Review and validate (internal control of trade integrity) trade details entered into the CITGO trade capture system by physical traders and clear for entry into SAP, release purchase orders and sales orders for each trade. This will be superseded to Right Angle processes in July 2024.
  • Trouble shooting and resolve issues / risks found or reported by Accounting, PS, or the counterparty and coordinate the response and actions required as guided by the creator of the deal (Trader, Region Supply Coordinator, or RSM Manager).
  • Perform various reporting and analytical functionalities under the supervision of Contract Administrator Manager.
  • Assist Contract Administration Manager ad hoc research for various projects and process improvements tasks.
  • Provide support to overall Product Supply reporting duties as needed and directed by managers.
