Cisco has an in-house agency, affectionally called the Hatch, and we are on a continuing march to do better, more fun, more creative, more "wake-up cause there's something going on here" work. We are small and mighty. Small means you get to work on a wide variety of projects from ideas and illustrations for t-shirts to doing national film work. We do a lot of films, build a lot of themes and looks for our events, craft a lot of merchandise for the Cisco store, build a lot of motion graphic and digital eye candy, tell stories of how our products can change the lives and welfares of people and customers on the web. We are the brand vision team. It's unlikely you'll get bored.
The Hatch was born to unify and simplify the marketing of one of the world's most iconic technology companies. Over three decades, Cisco's business had seen exponential growth across a vast portfolio of products, services and strategic acquisitions. Creative teams were operating in silos across the company, resulting in customers experiencing many different versions of Cisco. The mission: bring Cisco's brand to life by connecting with audiences at a human level and unifying every touchpoint.
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to continue this mission. To lead creative and production projects from concept creation to completion. The Creative Director is responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, leading creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved.
Doing a wide range of works means a wide range of skills, ideas and concepts owning the charge. You will be able to recognize the value of a message and know how to strengthen it. Graphic skills are vital, which means being able to bring ideas to life graphically with abilities to do some illustration and art direct photography.
You will be responsible for the following:Supporting the Executive Creative Director and Head of Design with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations. This is a team job. Sometimes you'll own entire assignments and sometimes you'll be part of a group doing large campaigns.
