Job Summary
Assisting the Procurement Team with a variety of clerical tasks. This is a part time, temporary position for approximately 3-6 months.
Job Responsibilities
• Data entry
• Research for materials in MRP and the internet
• Contacting customers to gather additional details for the team
• Running daily reports
• Maintain office supply closet
• Support team by assisting with various clerical projects
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
• Detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good Phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of MRP preferred
Education/Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
There is some flexibility with the schedule. Monday – Friday for 5 hours a day. Working between the hours of 9am and 5pm. What works best for you?
