Job Description Overview: Customer Service Representative II
We are seeking an energetic and professional Customer Service Representative II to support our Sensaria division which creates custom wall art from digital images. The Customer Service team is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers via email, live chat, and some telephone. This position provides information to customers about the status of their orders, implements requested changes, and works with the team to find solutions to one-off challenges should they arise. Additional time spent cross-functionally in a support role to either sales or marketing teams.Work Schedule: M-F 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 (three Saturdays necessary in December)
