Overview: The Warehouse Specialist plays a key role in developing customer relationships, while maintaining service levels with our existing customer base, and is responsible for all warehouse operations, and some in-store activities for our retail, independent, and foodservice customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented, warehouse specialist to work in, and around, a refrigerated cooler box. Some weekly delivery-helper work may be required as well.

Job Description: Essential Functions

• Monitor truck maintenance schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance
• Cleaning and sanitation at stores, at warehouse, inside and outside of delivery vehicles
• Receive product delivery internally with warehouse team
• Help warehouse team pull and price orders
• Complete additional activities or special projects as assigned
• Itemized check in of delivered goods with customer representative
• Communicate with sales team any opportunities

Minimum Requirements

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoning
• Ability to speak and read English
• 1 years of experience in a customer service, sales, warehouse or similar role
• Successful mastery of warehouse specific essential functions and requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - CDL not required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs; push or pull objects up to 600 lbs.
