A successful Vice President is a self-starter and an expert in communications, PR, issues and crisis management… both in developing winning strategies, and in executing tactically. We are looking for a veteran who covers a lot of ground, someone who is just as comfortable proposing proactive reputation campaigns as they are developing responsive strategies to protect the reputation of our clients when an issue arises. This role requires driving growth with new and existing clients as well as serving as a thought leader across the industry through outreach to c-suite, industry conferences and Revive’s owned channels.
Our growing team is looking for an exceptional strategist, who can manage and drive client engagements with minimal oversight, while leading integrated communications teams. You will advise clients and develop innovative communications programs that help them navigate complex and sometimes difficult issues, protecting or bolstering their brand. You will be flexible and able to balance multiple assignments at once for the larger and more complex accounts.
An understanding of hospital systems and healthcare, issues management – inclusive of M&A expertise – as well as public affairs, is a must. Demonstrated experience in the execution of strategic communication programs is required, particularly in the context of integrated engagements – working closely with Project Management, Communications, Client Experience, and Marketing (Content, Creative, Media) departments. Experience driving new business opportunities and industry connections to build communications and issues programs from the ground up, as well as having an eye for agency thought leadership is also required.
