We are looking for a part time Shipping Clerk in Cincinnati, OH

This position will be responsible for handling daily shipping orders and management of shipping records and information. It will also require to report at work 30 to 35 hours a week.

Core Functions:

• Receive, print, and organize daily shipping orders
• Create all shipping labels
• Identify parts, bins/box numbers, and match accordingly, noting any discrepancies
• Tag parts/boxes, print all final labels, and stage for UPS shipment pick ups
• Manage data and information via Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Operate pallet jack for inventory staging if/when necessary

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Basic working proficiency with Microsoft programs - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred, though not required (training available)
• Excellent attention to detail, such as small variances in part numbers or information
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
• Ability to function in a 80% office, 20% warehouse environment setting
• Ability to wear steel toed boots as needed - when present in the warehouse, steel toed boots are required

Shift:
Flexible. Preferred Monday to Friday, Shift options: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 8:30 to 4:30 PM.

Training and work will take place onsite at the Northwest Cincinnati facility, until the completion of the Batavia, OH building. Anticipated completion is August 2023, at which point work will move permanently to that location (Batavia).
