Cinter Career Services is Hiring a Remote IT Project Manager
We are seeking an IT Project Manager.
Working Location: NY or NJ (Remote / Onsite as needed)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide IT user/system operation support for client
- Provide IT user/system support for cinter organization as management instructed
- Manage operations and projects
- Manage teams and team members to run the operations and projects.
- Research new technology and services to support pre-sales activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide the support service during the service operation period, which is instructed by the client and/or company management
- Be at the client operation site before the service operation time start
- Be at the client operation site with the clothes, which was instructed by the client and/or company management
- Have proactive communication with clients, co-worker, and company management for any topics
- Understand requirements and instruction/company management and provide the service based on the needs and instructions
- Read and understand any company-provided documents and training.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years experience in IT User operation support/helpdesk
- 2-3 Years experience in network and IT system maintenance support
- 2-3 Years experience in network and IT system implementation support
- 2-3 Years experience in Microsoft 365 implementation and operation support
- 2-3 Years experience in Active Directory Environment Design, Implementation, and Administration
- 2-3 years experience in Azure environment Design, Implementation, and Administration
- 2-3 Years experience in network administration and support
SKILLS:
- Language: English is necessary. The Japanese Language is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and above operating system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Basic Knowledge of IT networking
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure for both hardware and software
- Basic understanding of network management system
