Cinter Career Services is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

  • Working Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Summary:

  1. Human Resources: Provide a full range of Human Resources support and guidance to assist business lines in achieving their goals and objectives and planning and providing day-to-day solutions and timely HR information to management and employees. This position demonstrates a high level of integrity and knowledge of HR policies/procedures/compliance.
  2. General Affairs: Responsible for overall general affairs and activities related to office facilities management, including fixed assets, leases, and maintenance.
  3. Compliance: Responsible for coordinating compliance management and support to the Compliance officer and each related division. 

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Human Resources:

  • Initial settings for HR-related operations, recruitment/employment/payroll/insurance/assessment, and retirement.
  • Recruits, interviews, and arrangements in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Conducts reference and background checks.
  • Facilitate full-cycle recruiting by leading search efforts, participating in the candidate selection process, and managing the talent pipeline. Manages job boards.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify, draft and maintain detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and manage the employee onboarding process.
  • Responsible for Payroll of transferees and managing the outsourcing arrangement for payroll.
  • Supervised and coordinated all employee's health/dental insurance plans and 401k.
  • Manage the outsourcing arrangement for insurance/401k.
  • Maintain and improve these plans based on reviewing the plan annually.
  • Coordinate the assessment process, including the creation of assessment criteria and tools.
  • Conducts exit interviews as needed. Prepares and processes forms notifies appropriate personnel of terminations and provide appropriate benefits information to terminated employees. 
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Ensure HR compliance through required and recommended training, legal notices/posters, and other labor laws as appropriate.
  • Maintained personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

2. General Affairs:

  • Initial settings for GA-related operations, office lent/facilities management/fixed assets, leases, etc.
  • Manage the outsourcing arrangement for office lent/others.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies to headquarters as well as each workplace.

3. Compliance:

  • Coordinate compliance management process under the Compliance officer.
  • Support each related division for the settlement, communicate with the parent company if needed, 
  • Support for compliance issues to each related division, assistance for resolution, communication with the parent company and/or dedicated law farm if needed,
  • Promotion of compliance education initiatives for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or related field.
  • 5-7 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with recruitment/employment/payroll/insurance/assessment.
  • Experience with managing outsourcing agents.
  • Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience – General Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and sensitive to deadlines.
  • Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimum follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient MS Office Suite Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience utilizing an HRMS such as UltiPro. 
  • Japanese communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus.
  • Possesses characteristics such as adaptability, dependability, and interpersonal skills.
