Cinter Career Services is Hiring a Data Entry Clerk Near Irving, TX
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk (Part-time).
- Location: Irving, TX
- Part-time: 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying, inputting, and filling registration data, in addition to system coding and customer support.
- Other administrative functions in terms of application system development and system operation/maintenance.
- Understand customer operations and situations related to business applications.
The right candidate will possess:
- Solid customer support experience and sufficient communication skills to accurately understand clients’ requirements and inquiries.
- Familiarity and sufficient operation skills with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to utilize common internet and email programs to research and gather information.
- Effective communication skills with users and other team members.
- Ability to collaborate well with team members and establish good relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Microsoft-related certification preferred.
- Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Japanese language skills are preferred but not required.
