IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining computer systems and other technologies. Their duties include working install hardware and troubleshoot computer issues, responding to IT questions from CIMPAR’ employees and updating malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.

IT Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
  • Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties
  • Assisting staff with hardware and software challenges
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
