SALES ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVES
This position is to support China team for commercial activities in the mainland of China market
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing sales assistant functions of daily customer communication, arranging customer meetings, creating quote forms, processing sales contracts, following up customers payment, arranging invoices, and etc.
- Supporting China team daily operation
- Coordinate Cimetrix internal/external marketing events including trade shows and seminars
- Work closely with headquarters support teams and China team members to to maintain and enhance Cimetrix worldwide reputation and foster Cimetrix values
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, growing personal networks
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

- Excellent Chinese speaking and written skills
- Fluent in business English of reading, writing and speaking
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience in Chinese customer service
- Experience in the industries of semiconductor and electronics
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or higher
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Some domestic and international travel is required
