CIM Group is seeking a seasoned professional for the position of National Sales Manager – Bank/Wire Division in the Private Wealth Partners division. This role is responsible for leading the private wealth distribution team on a day-to-day basis with capital raising and client relations initiatives. The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for developing and directing the division’s strategy to deliver a tailored approach to clients. The person in this position will maintain oversight of team performance and will develop goals for team members to achieve. The NSM will foster and support a core firm belief in a culture of contribution and collective excellence through individual accountability, performance, and respect. Additionally, this individual will be a subject matter expert on firm product offerings. The role will also be responsible for traveling to meet with clients on a frequent basis.
