CIENCE is Hiring a Sales Development Manager Near Remote, TN
CIENCE stands for transparency and respect, along with the fun every step of the way!CIENCE is seeking a Sales Development Manager that will be responsible for providing strategy tomultiple accounts with similar needs. This individual will have heavy client interaction and beresponsible for improving sales campaigns to reach optimum performance.
Sales Development Manager Duties & Responsibilities
● Implement Strategy for current portfolio of clients● Serve as the main Point-of-Contact for client campaign success● Oversee client strategy execution by CIENCE team members● Improve the volume of sales opportunities through various methods● Create/Optimize new campaigns to expand business● Strong understanding of each company brand, products/services in the market anddevelop most relevant approach● Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimal results● Establish metrics and assist the team in understanding and improving theirperformance● Analyze and track the performance of top of the funnel programs● Oversee usage of team systems including SalesLoft, HubSpot, Orem, Looker, andGoogle Data Studio● Work closely with strategic leadership to ensure the success of the campaign undermanagement.
Qualifications● Three plus years of Top of Funnell B2B sales management experience● Must have a proven track record of strategically growing accounts● Must have domain experience (InfoSec, Biotech, Computer Software, etc)● Proven data analysis experience● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
