Activity Director Assist residents to and from activity programs and outings as scheduled. Maintains good rapport with family members and encourage family support in programs. Completes appropriate records indicating resident's attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely manner. Supports residents individual needs, preferences, and customary routines concerns and choices. Cleans equipment and materials used for activities. Participates in long-term care survey process, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
