CIBT is Hiring a Technical Product Manager Near McLean, VA

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) collaborates with operations, analysts and engineers to develop and maintain Product Roadmap. The TPM translates an Intent Request to concreate Agile Epics and Stories equipped with clearly defined Success Criterion. In addition, some of the Intent Requests may be submitted by the TPM by identifying opportunities and developing necessary solutions which will include the creation of fully feasibility studies and associated costs. TPM plays an integral role in the Agile Delivery team by facilitating all the agile ceremonies and partnering closely with Engineering Lead to cultivate a transparent, collaborative and empowering team culture while ensuring the speed and quality of delivery. TPM facilitates Intent/Product Roadmap prioritization discussion that drives prioritization decisioning when needed.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain deep content knowledge on all aspects of CIBT’s business processes, system capabilities and CIBT policy and procedure
  • Groom Intent Request (e.g. new business initiative, customer/agent experience enhancement, new report) into Agile Epics/Stories in the Backlog
  • Develop and manage robust project/product plans to schedule
  • Manage stakeholder communications on the delivery schedule and Product Roadmap
  • Develop agile stories and success criterion
  • Adopt a mindset to deliver solutions that uphold customer service excellence
  • Understand and support the needs of the business to consistently deliver exceptional customer performance standards
  • Work closely with other areas across the business to support ongoing improvements


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Product Management Experience
  • Software engineering experience
  • Proven strong analytical and communication ability
  • Multilingual
