*** Position is remote in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of mid-market accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate and manage commercial terms of the relationship
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement with the product or service
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and customer feedback
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience with CRMs (like Salesforce or Hubspot) or other CS Platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of accounts
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience working with mid-market accounts is a plus
