WHAT WE NEED FROM THIS LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION ROLE

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to closely follow relevant policies and specifications

Heating and air conditioning experience, while not required, would be preferred. An EPA Type II license would be a huge bonus! A high school diploma or equivalent would also be beneficial.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LEAD COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

This lead HVAC installation position typically works 8- to 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

You excel in residential and commercial installations, including heating and air conditioning systems and ductwork. You take pride in your work and always give your best effort, inspiring your team to do the same. As a leader, you maintain a professional relationship with your team, ensuring the seamless execution of each HVAC installation.
