Full-Time Master’s Level Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker

Earn $45,000 - $65,000/year (based on 25-to-35 hours work week)

As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will have the opportunity to provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. While most of the therapy sessions will be conducted in-person, we also offer some telehealth options to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients.

• Our Flex Rate Compensation Plan provides an opportunity for increased pay based on the services you provide!
• Examples:
  • Provide 25 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $45,000/year.
  • Provide 30 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $57,000/year.
  • Provide 35 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $65,000/year.
  • Motivated and effective clinicians have the potential to earn more.
  • Additional Earnings for in-person sessions, completing required training, treatment plan reviews and CFARS. The majority of your work is conducted in the community, and work schedules can be highly adaptable in designing a timetable that suits both you and your clients. Nevertheless, some flexibility outside traditional business hours is necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Flexibility to provide services in the community.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
• Ability to learn and document in a robust electronic medical records platform.
