Summary:

Performs clinical duties as delegated by RN and within the scope of this job description and training. 

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills: 

High school diploma or GED preferred..

· If the associate does not have a degree, they must obtain a degree in a related field within 24 months of accepting this position.

B. Experience:

· 1 year of mental health tech experience preferred.

C. Licenses, Registrations or Certifications:

· Current certification with the American Heart Association Basic Life Support or completion within 90 days of employment.

· Current de-escalation training or completion within 90 days of employment with annual recertification.
