Integrative Psychology Group
We are seeking to employ a Licensed Psychologist, or Post-doctoral psychological assistant. We provide an intimate and collaborative environment, with collegial support and a convenient location in a natural setting close to the University of Delaware. We provide furnished office space, supplies, testing materials, internet, billing, and janitorial service. Remuneration and other terms will be negotiated based on experience and the goals of the applicant and if the psychologist is intersted in part or full-time employment. Seasoned and early career psychologists are urged to apply. Various areas of expertise are welcomed as we strive to provide specialized and personalized care.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to provide direct psychological services (psychotherapy and/or psychological and/or neuropsychological testing) to a general population, which may include individual, couples and/or family counseling, with children and/or adults. There are also opportunities for group therapy, coaching and educational workshops if desired. We foster team participation and professional consultation amongst our group of clinicians, and provide support and education. Additional opportunities include participation in program development, collaboration with multi-disciplinary specialists in the community and provision of clinical supervision, if qualified.
Qualifications
Must be Licensed, or License eligible in Delaware. We are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to the profession, have excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will need to be able to work autonomously, but also be an active member of a team. We strive to give the best service to our clients that we can. We are therefore looking for providers that are dedicated to excellence and interested in growing in their professional identity and skills.
