Coordinates with DON and ADON of Nursing Services LTC and Supervisors day to day functions of the nursing office. Validate and analyze staffing related data information system needs for departmental operations or services. Arrange for staff coverage within the Nursing Department. Coordinate with the education department and staffing assistant, the scheduling of all in-services, mandatory and voluntary. Review and process all employee time off requests with Nursing Management and enter approved time off requests into Enterprise.
Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
One year of adminstrative/secretarial experience required. Must have working knowledge of staffing, payroll and benefits.
