We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator at The Vista. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting, presenting and supporting the marketing staff in the sales process to prospective residents, family members and the community, and ultimately for the entire move-in coordination of every Vista resident. This role ensures a seamless move-in process for residents including initiating and securing appointments to complete all upgrades and options selection processes prior to move-in and coordination of move-out and move-in for all residents. This position is responsible for various duties, as necessary, for the proper function of the department as well as various duties as may be assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer and The Vista marketing consultants. Primary responsibilities include initiating appointments, providing support, consult, guidance, partnership in selection process, communicating and cultivating relationships with all residents and prospects with full move-in coordination working as a liaison between Vista development team and residents. Successful candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, enjoy and competently and thoughtfully work with senior population, take initiative and work on several software systems, and offer design and move-in consult and expertise. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of Christian Health.
Competencies:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Evening hours as required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Interior design degree or interior design experience preferred.
