The Gardens of Hartford is a beautiful 48-apartment RCAC senior living community that provides our residents with high quality care in a family-centered Christian atmosphere. What you will be doing:
In accordance with the mission and vision of Christian Family Solutions, the Resident Assistant assumes an integral role in promoting and implementing our senior living philosophy by ensuring the general well-being of the residents through high quality services.
Hours are:
2:00pm-10:00pm 2-3 days per week, with committing to some weekend shifts
Must also be willing to work a holiday rotation schedule
Resident Assistant position offers the following benefits:

Requirements
Resident Assistant candidates should possess the following:
- Have a passion for seniors
- Love working in a team atmosphere
- Be professional and reliable with excellent attendance
- Possess medication administration certification
- CNA certification a plus
- Be willing to work a holiday rotation schedule
- Be 18 (or at least 16 years old AND possess a CNA)
