The Gardens of Hartford is a beautiful 48-apartment RCAC senior living community that provides our residents with high quality care in a family-centered Christian atmosphere. What you will be doing:
In accordance with the mission and vision of Christian Family Solutions, the Resident Assistant assumes an integral role in promoting and implementing our senior living philosophy by ensuring the general well-being of the residents through our high quality services. Job responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, assisting with ambulation and/or transferring, medication administration, documentation/follow up, and life enrichment programming.
Hours are:
10pm-6am, 24 hrs/wk
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
**includes $2.00/hour shift premium**
Must be willing to work a holiday rotation
Resident Assistant position offers the following benefits:

Requirements
Resident Assistant candidates should possess the following:
- Have a passion for seniors
- Love working in a team atmosphere
- Be professional and reliable with excellent attendance
- Medication administration certification desired
- CNA certification a plus
- Be willing to work a holiday rotation schedule
- Be at least 18 years of age (or be least 16 years of age AND possess a CNA certification)
