JOB SUMMARY:

This Administrative Assistant at Christ Fellowship supports the organization and priorities of the Associate Campus Pastor at our Westlake location. If you like calendaring, hospitality, and connecting with people, this may be the job for you! This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position reporting directly to the Associate Campus Pastor of the Westlake location. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Associate Campus Pastor
• Assist with meeting requests on the Associate Campus Pastor calendar
• Manage special projects on behalf of the Associate Campus Pastor
• Support Associate Campus Pastor with the functionality of ministries and events
• Reconcile Associate Campus Pastor expense reports and assist with budget preparation and tracking
• Create a hospitable environment for meetings and special guests
• Assist with campus management:
• respond to general web contacts
• assist with funerals and weddings as needed
• serve as a weekday volunteer coordinator

EDUCATION:

College educated

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of office administration experience
