Marketing Coordinator
Chrisad is the world's oldest & largest dental marketing & growth management agency, with clients in 15 nations & all 50 states. We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a Fast Growing, Top-Quality, Privately Owned, Established and Energetic Marketing Firm as a Marketing Coordinator. This position supports our team by aiding with formulating and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns for our clients, serving as a back-up contact for clients as well as handling many of the administrative needs of the company to ensure clients receive the best customer service experience in the industry. –This position is a great launching pad for a career in our company. We love to promote from within!
What you'll do:
- Manage mail marketing campaigns
- Set-up client payment plans
- Generate client statistics
- Supports the client onboarding process.
- Completes client profiles and updates database thoroughly.
- Starts design jobs for clients in the database.
- Creates accounting tickets (requests for accounting) in database as needed.
- Researches Potential New Client radii to keep database current.
- Gathers marketing collateral for clients.
- Assists the In-House Printing and Web Team with sales as directed.
- Occasional secret shopper calls
- Works on projects assigned by management.
- Assists with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-2 years of office or administrative experience
- Sales experience desirable
- Experience in a database such as FileMaker a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
