We have a great opportunity for someone who is ready for their next People & Culture (HR) role. We're looking for someone who works well in an all-hands-on-deck, startup environment. At Chowbus, we are still very much in the building stages and we would be really excited to partner with someone in this role who wants to do the same. You'll have the opportunity to touch all aspects of HR and partner with everyone in the company from our employees to our leaders to the CEO.
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, as needed. Responsibilities include onboarding new team members, implementing benefits programs including open enrollment and life events, managing HR systems, overseeing data integrity and audits, reporting, data analytics, offboarding, and employee relations. This role has oversight of HR-related compliance including, but not limited to, EEO, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA.
The salary range for this role is $60,000-80,000 depending on experience and location.
