Choozle is Hiring a Partnership Manager Near Denver, CO

As Choozle’s Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and optimize current revenue partnerships, while sourcing and building new revenue focused partnerships. This role will be the bridge between current partner relationships to our Choozle departments (Product Marketing, Sales and CX).

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION

  • Explore, source and qualify revenue and value producing partnerships including: channel sales opportunities, referral programs, marketplace integrations and product integrations. 
  • Drive the identification, structuring, negotiating, closing and nurturing of all strategic relationships
  • Create a uniform and consistent approach to identify, target and recruit key partners, including the development of on-boarding processes and partnership agreement templates.
  • Manage the growth and monetization of Choozle’s existing partners and facilitate consistent communication to ensure continued value for both parties. 
  • Track partner performance against goals and share learnings on how and where to improve.
  • Maintain a detailed and updated pipeline within Salesforce with accessible records of all key contacts and touchpoints, as well as documents and agreements associated with each partnership.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for any partner-related inquiries fielded by the CX, tech support and sales teams regarding technical capabilities or potential custom integrations or implementations.
  • Lead the launch process for new partners including sales enablement, positioning and marketing material, with the end goal of getting the partner to more independently promote Choozle.
  • Own the documentation of all current partner relationships and capabilities with other documentation stakeholders, and assist Product Marketing efforts with the creation of positioning and overview documents around new releases for marketing and sales enablement material
  • Organize and prioritize potential partnerships and partner capabilities from internal stakeholders to drive discovery activities. 
  • Utilize internal usage and performance data and lean prioritization methods (value/effort matrix) to provide ultimate Go/No Go decisions with Solution Navigators.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and gauge trending client demands.
  • Closely monitor competitor and industry trends as well as market conditions to inform new opportunities. 
  • Define the “Why and What” of our partnership integration needs, and work with the Product team in a key stakeholder capacity to craft the objective for build cycle product development work. 
  • Test and accept the partner integration work delivered by our product development teams. 
  • Assist Marketing with the creation of positioning and marketing documentation around new Partner driven products and services
  • Ensure and help resolve support tickets within established SLAs by respective internal teams.
  • Own Product Marketing the Sales and customer experience training of all current partner relationships and capabilities

SALARY $90,000 to $130,000
