Chmura Economics & Analytics, LLC (“Chmura”) is a leading economic advisory and technology development firm specializing in “big data” analytics. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This role will focus on data quality, analytics, and reporting to support the Sales department in meeting and exceeding their goals!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and audit the quality of Salesforce and other key data used by the sales team for reporting.
• Audit customer data and contracts and ensure modifications are properly documented.
• Research and obtain documentation on sales related customer discrepancies.
• Develop reports and systems to identify and correct data quality issues.
• Provide timely and accurate weekly and monthly reporting of key sales metrics.
• Other duties will include but are not limited to preparing ad-hoc reports and other work relevant to Chmura’s sales process and goals.
• Work with Sales leadership and team members to assist in lead generation list development and campaign management.
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field. 
• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support role, or similar analytical function in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with a Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or other data visualization tool.
• Experience as a sales professional in a SaaS environment.
