Children's Health is Hiring a Patient Access Specialist Near Dallas, TX

Dallas, Texas | Administrative & Clerical Support
As a Patient Access Specialist in the Admitting Dal Department at Children’s Health, you will play an important part in helping children get the care they need.
As a warm, caring person who welcomes patients and their families when they arrive, you’ll put patients and their families at ease and set the tone for the rest of their visit. Your responsibilities will include efficiently processing patient registration, verifying patient information, processing payments, helping families complete paperwork and resolving any issues that arise. You’ll also verify insurance coverage and answer insurance-related questions.
Shift: This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday at 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Admitting Dal Department located at Children's Health- Dallas. Weekends will be required.
Hourly Pay is $23.12
Experience
One year of experience in health care or patient access activities, or related experience
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
