Job Duties

• Plan and manage dental business operations for excellent patient support services
• Boost morale, motivation, and team building activities for staff
• Encourage a training and career growth environment for staff
• Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance for team as needed
• Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquires
• Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients
• Respond to patient concerns and issues to influence patient satisfaction
• Oversee staff scheduling and coverage
• Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operation expenses

Desired Profile/Background

• A minimum of 2 years Call Center Manager Experience preferred
• Must Love Working with Children
• Dental experience preferred
• Pediatric and Ortho experience preferred
• Upbeat personality is a MUST
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
