Children's Advocacy Center of Benton County is Hiring a Bilingual Advocate Near Little Flock, AR

Provide non-offending caregivers with case management and support services
Maintain consistent contact with families and others involved in treatment, investigation, and/or prosecution on assigned cases
Provide crisis intervention and needs assessment to determine appropriate intervention and/or referral response
Refer to, and provide children and families with appropriate resources
Educate families on mental health impact and treatment options available
Provide additional support through supplemental client visits as needed
- Liaison between the family and any involved agency on the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
  - Facilitate medical or counseling team involvement as needed
- Provide services during office hours and on-call in rotation with the advocacy component staff at two locations - Little Flock and Gentry
- Foster open, positive relationships with agencies in the community and with MDT
  - Attend community meetings and interface with professionals in the field of child abuse and social services as assigned
- Foster growth in professional development, staying up to date on best practice
