Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Holds a valid State of Georgia Teaching Certificate.
Meets all certification requirements including teaching area endorsements in the State of Georgia.

Support students in achieving academic and interpersonal proficiency by incorporating approved state and district curriculum. Track and record both teaching strategies and student advancements in academics and interpersonal relations. Tailor educational approaches to meet individual student requirements. Foster a secure and conducive learning atmosphere. Offer constructive feedback to students, parents, and administration concerning progress, expectations, and objectives. Performance Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver state and local curriculum to prepare students for success in higher education and careers, aligning instructional practices to optimize learning outcomes.
Assess student achievement to inform instructional decisions and create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Represent the school system positively in public relations and collaborate with school personnel, parents, and community agencies.
Exhibit professionalism, adhere to professional ethics, and fulfill responsibilities including providing relevant learning experiences and maintaining a respectful environment.
Engage students in active learning using research-based methods, support individual learning differences, and utilize diverse assessment strategies to measure progress accurately.
Analyze data to inform instructional content and provide timely feedback to students and parents, fostering student-centered and self-directed learning behaviors.
Uphold professional standards, contribute to professional growth, and support the school's mission through effective communication and participation in professional development practices.
Meets certification and accreditation standards.
Seeks to improve through professional development and evaluation activities
