We provide foster care services grounded in the belief that the best place for children to grow up is in a family and the most effective way to ensure children’s safety, permanency and well-being is to provide services that engage, involve, strengthen and support families.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment effort by posting open positions, initially screening candidates, providing constant feedback to hiring manager/ CEO and answering candidate questions. Conducts reference and background checks.
  • Manages the onboarding process in its entirety, working with the hiring managers/ CEO ensure a positive experience for the new associate. Acts as Program Coordinator for the Orientation Program. Conducts new associate orientations to ensure associates gain an understanding of company goals, procedures, etc. Works with the CFO/ finance department to ensure all activities associated with new associate setup have been completed in a timely manner, such as entering new associate information into ADP workforce and benefits connect.
  • Uses Bamboo HR Software, for all administrative activities associated with CHILD Link new hire enrollment, terminations, and electronic data files on Bamboo, employee activities, and associate qualifying life event changes throughout the year.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of Human Resources experience required. Experience with ADP Workforce and Benefits Connect required.

  • Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
  • Must be task orientated, possess exceptional people skills and be reliable
  • Enough knowledge of wage-and-hour laws and regulations to efficiently process IDES and IDOL.
