Child Care Staffing/Crayola Resources Solutions. is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator Near Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator. This person will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, and administration of Beanstalk Academy’s Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: staffing, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Coordinator is charged with actively supporting a positive and inclusive environment, as well as promoting the vision for quality early childhood services that anchors the organization

Responsibilities:

  1. Track and update employee information in software systems
  2. Complete and facilitate onboarding and hiring process for staff
  3. Facilitate onboarding/exit interviews for employees
  4. Update and facilitate mandated training and documents for DOH
  5. Processing clearances for current employees and new hires
  6. Monthly compliance checks for staff
  7. Complete and plan new hire orientation
  8. Track staffing and vacancies on an Academy Level
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of all HRIS & ATS Systems
  10. Maintain daily communication with other center-based leadership
  11. Maintain adequate staffing support to all programs in the organization
  12. Ensure employee files are 100% compliant with regulatory requirements
