About the Role:

Chief is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role will focus on supporting the product development organization. In addition to working with product managers to support their data and analytics needs, you will collaborate with analytics engineers and data scientists on the team. This role provides an opportunity to ensure that our product development efforts are creating an exceptional experience for Chief members.

What you’ll do: 

The area of focus for this role will vary based on the needs of the business, but are expected to align with this breakdown of activities:

• 20% Implement data models to support analysis
• 10% Refine and document metrics and data definitions
• 40% Create and maintain dashboards 
• 30% Perform analyses to answer stakeholder questions

What you’ve done and enjoy doing:

• SQL skills
• Experience with product analytics
• R or python programming skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders and curiosity about the business
• Eagerness to pitch in across the analytics spectrum, from data modeling to data visualization
