• A passion and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand where you will uphold the legacy and standards as a director of operations and general manager. 
• Leading 50-70 direct reports daily at one location.
• A financial mindset to increase restaurant sales and profits. 
• The abilities of a director of operations or general manager to complete scheduling, product ordering, inventory, payroll, and invoices with high business acumen. 
• Creative and strategic skillset to develop, mentor, and train as a director of operations and general manager. 
• Clearly communicate with respect and use technology for continuous conversations. The director of operations or general manager being bi-lingual is beneficial. 
• Experience in hiring in the role as a director of operations and general manager. 
• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience. 
• Score in the Top 10% in the nation in quarterly Chick-fil-A reviews in food safety and quality.
• An entrepreneurial mindset to set future projects and action plans for the marketing and sales growth of the restaurant.
