The Purpose of the Team Leader is to be remarkable in area leadership
Job Overview
Team Leaders are the area leaders who ensure excellence within a given area of the restaurant (FOH, Kitchen, Drive-Thru, Etc.).
We are looking for leaders to come and be a part of our team Chick-fil-A Gadsden at 4th Street. The leaders that become Team Leaders at Gadsden at the 4th Street are those who embody these expectations:
Food Safety & Quality: Coaches Chick-fil-A standards & culture
• Coaches brand standards
• Coaches food safety and quality standards
• Coaches positional excellence expectations
• Coaches and oversees restaurant cleanliness and safety
Guest Experience: Creates game plan & area environment
• Creates consistency in daily operations, i.e. positive atmosphere, unified teamwork, organized environment, and fast and friendly service
• Creates area action plan (Setup)
• Huddles with Team Members and assigns roles
Operational Excellence: Solves Area Problems
• Supports Managers & Directors in daily operations
• Checks restaurant communications (GroupMe and HotSchedules)
• Solves operational hindrances to guest experience
• Held accountable for accurate financial accounting during shifts

• VISION: Proficient in ability to see what needs to be done and how to accomplish it
• KNOWLEDGE: Proficient in Chick-fil-A brand standards and procedural knowledge
