This position is responsible for: performing maintenance tasks, general cleaning and other tasks as assigned, as well as repairing while having a great eye for detail. The Facilities team member position assists store management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. This includes cleaning fryers, wiping down windows, emptying trash cans, cleaning HVAC systems, maintaining kitchen equipment and cleaning restrooms. Facilities team members are also required for maintaining the outside of the restaurant by sweeping parking lots and providing seasonal care. Preserve physical appearance the interior and exterior of the store. Clean all floors, floor coverings, walls, windows, window coverings, kitchens, restrooms, and etc. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job or that an employee encounters while performing the essential function of this job. Primary job duties for maintenance workers include installing, repairing, and maintaining restaurant grounds and equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining outside grounds Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms Take out and empty trash compactor Change light bulbs Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris Mop interior floors and pressure wash parking lots as needed Keeping the freezer, cooler and dry goods area clean & organized at all times Able to assess and perform minor fixes such as repairing Able to take a closer look at area and able to perform detailed deep cleans Replace & Clean Filters

Physical Requirements: This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks. Must be able to bend and stoop frequently.
