Qualifications:

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success at this job.

• There must be availability that is applicable for the restaurant

• Ability to work in a fast paced and physically demanding role that requires being indoors and outdoors

• Passionate about learning and self-development, while teaching and training others

• Prioritizes the guest experience from a service and food safety perspective

• Minimum age of 18 is required

• Must work Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive working relationship with employees while providing them with direction and feedback

• Inventory and facilities management

• Proficient in all needed restaurant roles to ensure operational excellence

• Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support

• Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks

• Leads team by example by consistent punctuality, positive attitude, and creating a positive experience for the guest
