• Help managers/directors run shifts smoothly
• Communicate with other leaders and team members effectively and professionally
• Delegate tasks such as parking lot, dining room, trash, stock, etc.
• Ensure ipad is being used at the right times and drive-thru is MOVING.
• Ensure everyone is working as a TEAM and getting food out fast and guests are served above and beyond
• Ensure core 4 and 2MS are being used
• Ensure all CFA procedures and systems are being followed properly
