Responsibilities You’ll build and maintain software tools that energize our business. You will be an advocate for quality, assisting with architecture and development, and driving best practices for Test Driven Development and continuous delivery via automated testing. You'll help guide overall testing strategy across multiple engineering teems. You’ll have a dedicated leader focused on your individual growth and development, and a tightly knit team of engineers with whom you will both give and receive mentoring and coaching. Our most common programming languages include Java (with Spring MVC), Javascript (Vue.JS, Node.JS), and Salesforce Apex. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can own development and testing for their teams and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications BA/BS degree in a technical field 4 years working in quality assurance with automated testing Professional experience working with testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Jest, or applications such as Selenium, Webdriver.IO Expert in quality assurance and testing theory Experience with AWS Experience designing, building, and testing microservices and RESTful APIs Experience with DevOps, and CI/CD Experience working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment Passionate about automated testing and quality assurance We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $79,800 -- $216,600 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base commission bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
