Presently, we are seeking a collaborative Program Manager who wants to be a part of Fortune Magazines “100 Best Companies to Work For”.

Our Program Managers lead highly visible, enterprise-wide, strategic programs. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in communication and relationship building, as well as have deep understanding of program and project management fundamentals. The Program Manager will be responsible to drive collaboration and communication across teams, and will work closely with product managers, agile teams, lean teams and organizational change management to deliver customer benefits and improve enterprise delivery performance. Other responsibilities include overseeing program schedules, identifying risks, and providing visibility into the progress and health of the program at the executive level.

Your role:

• With oversight, leads, orchestrates, and ensures efforts are planned, executed, and delivered, utilizing the CHG SDLC
• Helps team accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
• With oversight, optimizes timelines/time to delivery
• Partners with the Product Management, Engineering, and Senior Leaders to define, develop, and deliver on the program plan and roadmap
• Cultivates relationships with stakeholders with the goal of ensuring transparency and visibility into projects and programs
• Drives performance through effective use of influence and relationships
• With leader oversight, identifies key stakeholders that are critical to program’s success and manages process to keep them informed.
• Manages process for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Drives resolution to project risk and mitigation tactics
• Manages the program budget throughout the program lifecycle
• In collaboration with functional leads, manages program and project resources throughout the program lifecycle
• Leads process for dependency identification and resolution with other programs
• Partners with functional leaders to ensure alignment with Solution Delivery Lifecycle

Your qualifications:

• A strong track record of program and/or project delivery for large, cross-functional efforts
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering solutions and managing multiple initiatives
• Strong organizational, presentation, and persuasive skills
• Experience engaging with C-level business sponsors
• Strong leadership skills including team building, conflict resolution, and management
• Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work with optimism
• Build trust among business partners and other IT professionals
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive issues to resolution
• Demonstrated experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies.

Education & Experience

• 3 to 5 years Project Management experience; or 1 – 2 Years Program Management Experience
• College degree in technical area or business preferred
• 2 years’ experience working in an agile environment

Preferred

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Certification or equivalent preferred
• MBA or master’s degree in related field
