Be the hero our hiring managers are looking for! Make a positive impact on one of Chestnut’s areas of greatest need – staff recruitment. Home base for this full-time role could be in Bloomington, IL or in Granite City, IL We are also willing to consider a remote working arrangement.
Administer overall employee recruitment process. Work with hiring managers across all Chestnut locations to understand priority hiring needs. Mine online databases and use a variety of tactics to find qualified candidates. Serve as the primary contact with recruitment, job board, and applicant tracking system vendors. Stay apprised of new recruiting platforms and sourcing opportunities. Perform duties and responsibilities in a way that is mindful of the agency’s DEI efforts. Monitor online statistics, analyze data, and create reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment practices.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, personnel management, marketing, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing role, preferably in health care, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Customer service orientation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Ability to collaborate with multiple business units. Strong computer skills and experience including MS Office products, an HRIS, applicant tracking system(s), and various web-based recruiting platforms. Valid driver’s license, private automobile insurance, and ability to be insured.
