Work directly with adult SUD patients while also demonstrating your leadership skills in this full-time position in Granite City. Act as a peer leader, informally advise staff, and provide clinical guidance to less experienced staff while also providing counseling and rehabilitation services to clients and their families.
Assess and diagnose clients and determine appropriate level of care. Develop master treatment and continuing care plans. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group counseling and rehabilitation services to clients and their families. Maintain regular contact with each client’s collaterals. Be knowledgeable of and adhere to ASAM criteria, DASA Rule 2060, and DSM. Meet or exceed productivity expectations as determined by supervisor.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
Master’s degree in a human services field with relevant experience. Obtain license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT, OR obtain certification as a CADC within two years of hire date. Earn certification in CRA within two years of completing CRA training. Basic computer skills and experience including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record.
